Skillogalee Wine Lunch
Join us for an afternoon of hand-crafted wines from the celebrated Skillogalee winery in the Clare Valley (SA).
The lunch commences at 12 PM with canapés and a glass of 2010 sparkling Riesling,
Duck Liver cromesque, French lentils, chestnut puree & sweet red cabbage
Seared trout, celeriac remoulade, heart of palm, watercress & pea puree
Roast beef, smoked mushroom purée, pumpkin fondant & speck
