Please note our Chateau Briand takes around 1h 30min to cook. This is a much-loved French classic for two to share, we recommend preordering this dish when making your reservation.
We offer the choice of a Five Course Degustation Menu or A la Carte Menu. Our modern and classic French dishes have been created using the freshest of Brisbane’s seasonal produce. Bookings are highly recommended.
